Observations:
Join Talentos Consultancy,Rawalpindi, Pakistan as a Call Center Agent specializing in insurance sales and final cost services. As an important member of our team, you will call potential customers, promote our insurance products and meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products and final expense services.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about the products.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and objections.
- Customer Interaction Documentation: Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in insurance and final expenses.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Education: Intermediate/A-Level or equivalent.
Pay Structure:
- Starting Salary: Target-based, beginning at PKR 75,000/-.
- Final Salary: Dependent on the interview and the candidate’s negotiation skills.
