Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a positive community atmosphere and address customer queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Brand Promotion: Design and execute social media campaigns to promote our digital product portfolio. Utilize social media advertising tools to expand our reach and drive traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics such as SEO and web traffic to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Generate reports and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and competitive.
- Design Oversight: Oversee the design of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout) and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Research: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform content and strategy.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients/followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in a related role.
