Neemopani’s child company NeemoAgency is looking for a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and bringing in projects towards the company. We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. The business development officer’s responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals. You should also ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities and Expectations For Business development Officer Post:
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Working With and finding potential Clients for projects and maintaining POC relation
- Must have expertise and skills in Advertising, Marketing, Media Agency.
- Experience at least 3 to 5 years in a related field
- Good aptitude in the fields of Marketing, Media, PR & communication so that he/she knows what he/she’s selling.
- Looking for potential new clients for our services as well as sponsors for our videos.
- Built and maintained relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners in order to get access to new opportunities.
- Developed relationships with senior decision makers (incl. CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, or VPS) within potential client.
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiative
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organization
Eligibility Criteria For Business Development officer Jobs in Pakistan 2024:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, PR Management or administration in marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month
