This is a full time on site job for Technical Sales Engineer at SUNSKY Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd in Taxila. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and sales expertise to customers. They will engage with customers to understand their solar needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions. The Technical Sales Engineer will also participate in sales activities and contribute to the growth of the company.
Technical Sales Engineer – Job Qualifications
Skills Required
- Technical Sales and Sales Engineering Skills: Expertise in technical sales processes, with a strong ability to bridge customer needs and technical solutions.
- Experience in Technical Support: Ability to offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and providing expert guidance to clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with a track record of building customer relationships and closing deals.
- Ability to Analyze Customer Requirements: Skilled in understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solar energy solutions.
- Knowledge of Solar Energy Systems and Industry: Familiarity with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including components, design, and installation processes.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, sales, and customer support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Field: Preferably in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy engineering.
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on solar energy or similar industries.
Additional Job Skills
- PVSol, SketchUp, PVSyst: Experience with solar design software and tools.
- Sales and Interpersonal Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Solar Power Knowledge: Understanding of solar power technologies and construction industry practices.
- Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Deal Closing: Experience in closing sales and meeting sales targets.
