Let’s give you a quick sneak peek into the life of a Regional Sales Coordinator

As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be expected to assist sales to establish budgets and help set measurable goals. The Regional Sales Coordinator is required to collect sales data from teams and report figures to a management or executive responsible for that area of the business.

 

Sales Reporting and Coordination:

  • Ensure accurate sales and stocks reporting along with leading KPIs data, trends, and contributors
  • Support sales team in achieving sales targets, improving productivity and performance in trade
  • Prepare sales trends and contribution analysis for the Regional Sales Manager and maintain sales records for reporting to senior management
  • Identify key opportunities through data analysis and coordinate with the team to achieve them
  • Track trade marketing activities and communicate updates to the sales team for a proactive approach
  • Set customer-specific targets based on sales trends, KPIs, and growth targets

Automation Support:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and automation team
  • Improve the usage of automation tools and resolve any challenges faced by the team

Order Processing and Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Process customer orders based on sales targets, trends, and requirements
  • Ensure accurate stock management
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve any transit complaints faced by the distributor

Claims Management:

  • End to end responsibility to verify and process claims (Subsidy, TM Plan, Bad Goods) from distributors while ensuring timely submission to HO
  • Keep an updated claim tracking sheet to ensure distributor investments are not blocked

Asset Management and Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and update the list of assets received at the regional office
  • Ensure proper deployment of assets in the trade
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, including regional expenses and asset repair and maintenance
  • Act as a liaison between regional team and Head office

 

What we are looking for in you?

  • Relevant experience of 1-3 years
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from any accredited local or foreign institute
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Has sound analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
  • Must have good verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player
