We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Minhaj Welfare Foundation’s UK-based office. This in-house position, based in Lahore, Pakistan, offers a unique opportunity to contribute strategically by overseeing and executing marketing campaigns, donor engagement, and brand management efforts within the organization’s mission-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization’s objectives to enhance awareness, engagement, and support for our humanitarian initiatives.
Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across digital and traditional channels.
Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content, including visual materials, videos, and written assets, that effectively communicate the foundation’s mission and impact.
Donor Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners through personalized communication strategies, gratitude initiatives, and tailored updates.
Brand Oversight: Uphold and elevate the foundation’s brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging, design standards, and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication platforms.
Digital and Traditional Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising, as well as traditional marketing activities to maximize the foundation’s reach and impact.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and donor preferences to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using relevant metrics and tools, providing regular reports to inform future strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, including program managers, communications, and fundraising teams, to align marketing efforts with the overall organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector or for international NGOs.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing techniques, including google, youtube, social media, SEO, influencers, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data for campaign optimization.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in an in-house team environment.
