We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to all phases of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation. They will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop creative design solutions that meet project objectives and adhere to quality standards and building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.
• Prepare sketches, drawings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Produce comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure that design intent is realized during construction.
• Review and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and submittals during the construction phase.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and quality in design solutions.
• Contribute to a collaborative and creative work environment, sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues.

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our medical store in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

  Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical store staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and clerical personnel.
  • Ensure that the medical store is adequately stocked with pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and equipment to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
  • Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals and medical products.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and returns.
  • Oversee the dispensing of medications and provide guidance to staff on prescription processing and medication counseling.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies governing the operation of a medical store.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the safety, efficacy, and integrity of pharmaceutical products.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
