Amazon Account Manager
IT Devices Online PVT Ltd is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that specializes in selling computer hardware and software online. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team in Lahore and manage our Amazon seller account.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account to increase sales and profitability
Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews
Coordinate with our product team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings
Develop and execute strategies to improve product ranking and increase visibility
Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and trends to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Account Health Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor the health of seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and performance metrics.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve performance for your portfolio of sellers. This includes advising on best practices for listing optimization, pricing strategies, inventory management, and advertising on Amazon.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sellers based on this analysis.
- Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for your sellers, addressing and resolving any issues that arise, including account suspensions, listing problems, and payment issues.
- Education and Training: Educate sellers on Amazon’s tools, programs, and services. Provide training and support to help them effectively use these resources to manage and grow their business.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within Amazon, such as the technical, marketing, and product teams, to advocate for your sellers’ needs and collaborate on initiatives that will benefit them.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience managing Amazon whole seller accounts
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
